200 Volunteers: Harnessing the Power of Teamwork
Our success is a testament to the strength of community support. With 200 Community Catalysts volunteers actively involved in 2023, we’re creating a solid network of individuals dedicated to the well-being of local families and individuals.
From manual labor to exterior painting to year-round meal preparation, their commitment has been invaluable; and together, we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community!
50 Guests: A Growing Community at Bethel Suites
Over the last six months, Bethel Suites has been home to 50 guests, including 15 children. These numbers represent not just statistics but lives positively influenced by the safe haven and support provided by our staff, volunteers, and affordable housing options.
As we grow, so does our capacity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
30 Presents: Spreading Christmas Joy to Bethel's Guests
In the spirit of giving, CBC and Grumlaw have exemplified the true meaning of generosity.
Both local churches have committed to purchasing Christmas gifts for all of Bethel's guests this 2023 season, ensuring each individual's holiday season is filled with warmth and joy.
This gesture of kindness reflects the power of collaboration and the impact it can have on the lives of those we serve, and reminds us that sometimes, love isn’t just practical—it’s extravagant.
6 Months: Celebrating Bethel Suites' Half-Year Milestone
Six months ago, Bethel Suites opened its doors, marking a significant milestone in our mission to provide housing and support to those in need. In this relatively short span of time, we’ve witnessed positive transformations and stories of resilience that inspire us to continue our dedicated efforts.
3 Outstanding Organizations: Feeding and Nourishing Our Community
Community Catalysts extends our heartfelt gratitude to three remarkable organizations that have continuously provided meals for our guests in 2023: Fowlerville United Brethren Church, CBC, and Ivy Table. Each of these organizations have been unwavering in their commitment to ensuring that no one at Bethel Suites goes hungry.
Specific thanks to Fowlerville United Brethren Church's congregation for their consistent contributions, CBC for hosting weekly community BBQs at Bethel Suites from June to August, and Ivy Table for not only gifting us with a restaurant-quality refrigerator, but also generously donating homemade meals every week for the past two months!

At the heart of Community Catalysts is a singular mission: to serve as a catalyst for positive change. Together with our partners, we strive to empower seniors, veterans, the homeless, and others with limited resources through the provision of quality affordable housing and essential services.
